How do I refill my prescriptions?By phone, online or bring them to the store.
Can you deliver my prescription? We can deliver your prescription to just about anywhere inside Loop 224 in Nacogdoches. Click here for more delivery information.
How much does delivery cost?There is no charge for delivery inside the loop. Anywhere outside the loop is $1 per mile. Please call us for a specific price.
Where is my refill number located?It is located at the top left of your prescription label above your name (click here to see an example). If you're have any issues locating this number, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
How many refills do I have remaining?You're remaining refills will be listed in the bottom left of your prescription label underneath the name of the drug (click here to see an example). If you're unsure of how many refills you have left, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
What if I have no refills remaining?If your prescription does not have any refills remaining, we can contact your doctor's office for a new prescription. You can leave a message on our automated line or select option 3 to speak with any one of our pharmacy technicians and they will contact your doctor. This option is also available if you refill your prescription online.
What if I don't have a insurance card with me?If you don't have your prescription insurance card with you, we can still fill your prescription though you may be responsible initially for the full out-of-pocket cost of the prescription. However, you can bring your insurance information in at a later time and we can resubmit your prescription claim as long as your coverage was active at the time we filled the prescription. We can then reimburse you for the difference in the price of the prescription here at the store, which is usually much quicker than waiting for your insurance to reimburse you through the mail.
Your pharmacy isn't listed on my insurance card, can you still accept it?Our pharmacy accepts virtually all insurance prescription plans even though it may not be specifically listed on your card.
How can I have my prescriptions transferred to M&S?If you need a prescription transferred to us from a different pharmacy please speak with one of our pharmacy technicians. All we need is your name, your previous pharmacy, and your prescription number (if available).
Can your pharmacy fill compounded prescriptions?We are the only pharmacy in Nacogdoches County licensed and certified to fill compound prescriptions. We regularly fill special compound prescriptions for many of the doctor's offices here in town who require special formulations that are not currently available from large manufactures. These include transdermal gels, lollipops, hormone replacement creams, and many more.
